CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48(RLS) Relating to                          
the free flow of people and the fair trade of goods and services               
across the border between the United States and Canada, which had              
been held in second reading (page 3007) was before the Senate with             
a motion pending, that being the adoption of Amendment No. 1                   
offered by Senator Taylor (page 3006).                                         
                                                                               
The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted? The roll
